When Can I wager on Churchill Downs-owned racetracks (Churchill Downs, Arlington Park, Calder Race Course, and Fair Grounds Race Course) through my account?
Telephone wagering is currently available on Arlington Park and Calder Race Course through the Winticket.com, BrisBET.com, TsnBET.com, and Twinspires.com services. Be sure to check the web-site of your account-wagering service to review any restrictions related to telephone wagers placed in the state where you reside.
All Churchill Downs account-wagering customers (including Twinspires.com customers) will be able to wager via telephone and Internet on Fair Grounds Race Course when the track resumes racing this November. Internet wagering on Calder Race Course will become available in April 2008.

We anticipate no changes to the way your account-wagering service currently conducts business. As we are able to offer Internet wagering in additional states, we will notify customers about those changes.

BrisBET.com, TsnBET.com and Winticket.com are able to offer telephone wagering only in certain states due to the exclusive nature of some account-wagering agreements have in place with another account-wagering provider. We realize that many of our customers enjoy the convenience of online wagering, and will pursue the ability to offer Internet wagering through all of the Churchill Downs-affiliated platforms in as many states as we can legally do so. There are a handful of states where we have not completed our regulatory review. If you are a customer in one of those states, you will be contacted direclty and given the opportunity to move your account to betpad.com, which will continue to be managed by the staff at Beulah Park. Contact the customer support team at your current account-wagering service if you are becoming a betpad.com customer and have additional questions about the transfer process.
Is Churchill Downs planning to make any changes to the account-wagering services the company aquired?
We anticipate no immediate changes to any of the account-wagering services we acquired. The AmericaTAB- and BRIS-affiliated account-wagering services are some of the best in our industry, and our immediate plan is to operate them with under their current brands and with their existing line-up of products and services.
