How do I join the Twin Spires Club? Is it free?
Twin Spires Club membership is free. You can sign-up any day during live racing at Arlington Park, Calder Casino and Race Course, Churchill Downs, Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots, or any time during operational hours at one of our participating Trackside locations.
How does the club work?
Once enrolled, you'll receive your own personal Twin Spires Club card. This card is your passport to club benefits. Present your card to the mutuel clerk, or into the self-service machine each time you wager. Every time you wager with the Twin Spires Club card, you will earn points towards great prizes and rewards.
How do I know how many points I've earned?
You may check your points online by logging in and then clicking on My Activity History or at the Twin Spires Club Center any day during live racing at Arlington Park, Calder Casino and Race Course, Churchill Downs, Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots, or during operational hours at any participating Trackside location.
When are my points credited to my account?
All points for the day's wagering will be credited by the next morning.
How do I redeem my points?
You may redeem your points and select a prize any time during operational hours, except on Kentucky Oaks or Kentucky Derby days at Churchill Downs. There are also a limited number of Online Prizes available for redemption over the internet.
Why am I not receiving promotional mailings?
Not every member receives a mailing. There are many mailings and to ensure that you receive the most mailings, you should use your Twin Spires Club card each time you wager. You may also want to verify your address in our computer by emailing us at twinspires@kyderby.com.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Please stop by the Twin Spires Club Center to receive a new card. Your accumulated points and any pass privileges will be transferred to a new account. Your old card will be deactivated.
Does using the card slow down the wagering process?
No. It only takes one second for the mutuel clerk to insert the card into the reader and automatically record your wager.
Is my account confidential?
All information pertaining to your account is strictly confidential and is not available to any other companies, partners or third-party vendors.
May I share my card with family or friends?
No. Each member is expected to have an individual Twin Spires Card.
Do I need a new card each year?
No. Your current Twin Spires Card can be used year after year unless notified otherwise. If you purchased a season pass, you need to activate your account yearly.
Can I use the card on Kentucky Oaks and Derby days?
Yes, Twin Spires Club members are allowed to use their card to wager and earn points on Kentucky Oaks and Derby days.
Can I use the Twin Spires Club card at other Churchill Downs facilities?
